back pain helppp?
Written by admin on August 23rd, 2009okay.. so i’ve been having this back pain since 8:30(ish) this morning ( 10-16-07 ), and it’s in my mid-upper back. It started out just being a little spot that ached, then spread throughout the day. Now it is like, under/inside my rib cage, and it feels like bad cramps, but its nottt. i’ve not been coughing, sneezing, or anything like that. It wasnt like that UNTILL 8:30. when i walk though, it doesnt hurt AS bad. but then when i have to inhale, i have to make my back arch back, and breathe in quickly. PLEASE HELPP. (i’m kinda paranoied about it.)thanks in advance
