Lower right abdomen and lower back pain?

Friday night, I was awaken from my sleep with strong, dull pain in my lower right abdomen. It woke me up a couple of times. Saturday was fine. Saturday night, the same thing. Sunday and Sunday night was fine. Monday, I had one episode of severe dull pain. Now, the pain is still dull (not nearly as strong as the ones that woke me up), still sporadic, but has moved to my right lower back and side. Any ideas on what this could be or similar experiences?
