I’m having lower back pain on my right side, The pain is going to the front of my hip too?

After I had my son, a year ago I had this terrible lower back pain. It went away after a few months.
But I woke up yesterday morning and it was hurting again, It feels like it’s hurting all the way through me, straight into my front. Does that make sense?

It’s mainly on my right side, But it hurts a little everywhere else on my back. Any idea what it could be?
