Pain in lower right of back, any good ways of getting rid of it?

Today I vaulted a fence about 4ft in height. I landed on my feet with my right arm behind me (on the fence). When I landed I felt a crunching/tearing feeling in the lower right of my back. I’m now in a lot of pain. Does any one know anythnig that might soothe it.
P.S. Have put some ibuprofen gel on it but it hasn’t helped.
