upper back/neck pain! please help desperate for help?
Written by admin on March 31st, 2009for 6 days now i been having this pain on my upper back if i put my head in a certain angle or if i do the scapular squeezes which is shoulder blaze squeeze it hurts a lot to do that and the pain is located around my right upper back and it hurts a lot. it isn’t from sleeping wrong or having a big pillow or working out. it just came on suddenly and i dont know why and it hurts. could it be lung cancer if it hurts in my upper back or could it be something with spine cord?? please help it hurts a lot.
