Back Pain Relief

I have had this pain that I have been experiencing for the past 4 weeks that had gotten progressively worse. It started out as a dull achy pain with tingling/burning sensations and shooting pain on and off. In the past 2 weeks that pain doesn’t go away. It is now a constant shooting pain with tingling/burning sensations. The weird thing about it is that it is sensitive to touch. It actually hurts, almost a burning sensation to touch the skin. And when I sneeze it just makes it 100 times worse. Anyone know what this could possibly be? Thank you in advance for you help.
I should also mention that I emailed my doctor about this pain the past 2 weeks and she said that we would address it at my next appt, which is tomorrow thank goodness.
