I wanted to take the time to talk to you about some sciatica stretches that work. Many people suffer from back pain and just want to have some relief. Chiropractors: Many people out there love their chiropractors and they do work. They crack and twist you in a lot of different ways. The problem is that it isn’t anywhere near longterm. You’ll have to see them for a long time and for a lot of people, when the pain comes back it’s much worse than it was before.

There is actually a better way of doing this. Just simple sciatica stretches that you can do from home is perfect enough for you to eliminate this back pain. I have one you can try right now. Just lie on the floor, pull your knees up to your chest and hug them. This stretches out the lower back, taking away the tension on the nerves causing pain.
