33 wks lower back right and left abdomen pain please help?

I am having low back pains when I lay on my right are left side I feel a pain in my lower abdomen I can push and feel exactly where it hurts I was up all night becuz when I lay on my back I was having braxton hicks turned on my sides I was in pain don’t know what to do.

those are the ligaments that are holding and supporting your uterus and as ur belly grows they are being stretched and Littlee sore. just rest but do not give up on walking and littl exercise.
the braxton hicks also hurt in the lower abdomen, the real ones hurt all over the belly and feel coming from the back.
drinking water will also help a lot. message ur belly with some lotion or oil and do not lift heavy things.
